Eescha Kokje unterstützt als PostDoc das LMU Center for Leadership and People Management im Forschungsprojekt "Human-AI-Interaction in Healthcare: Identifying Factors Contributing to Clinical Utility" seit  Juli 2022. Nach ihrem Bachelor (B.Sc.) der Psychologie an der University of Mumbai und ihrem Master (M.Sc.) in Kognitiver und Neuropsychologie an der University of Kent promovierte sie an der Universität Heidelberg im Fach Psychologie.
